Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, membership selection, promo code, booking details, messages, and account credentials. We may also collect information you choose to share for safety screening or service preferences.

We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, and limited billing information from Square. Baseline does not receive or store your full payment card number. The website also records basic device, browser, security, and usage information needed to keep accounts working and diagnose errors.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, activate memberships, manage bookings and credits, deliver account and service emails, answer messages, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve the website, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with service providers when needed to run the studio and website. These providers include Square for payments, Supabase for accounts and database services, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for email delivery. Their own privacy terms govern the information they process for their services. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect participants and the studio, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and account sessions

The website uses cookies or similar browser storage for secure sign-in, account sessions, preferences, and basic website measurement. Blocking required account cookies may prevent the member portal or owner dashboard from working.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system guarantees absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction, safety, or legal records may need to be retained. You may opt out of nonessential marketing messages through the link in the message or by contacting the studio. Service and account messages still may be sent while your membership or booking remains active.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must complete agreements and provide consent for a minor participant.
