Hyperbaric Chamber

Relax in a controlled, pressurized chamber during a staff-guided wellness session.

Typical session: 60 minutes

Hyperbaric Chamber

What is Hyperbaric Chamber?

During this 60-minute session, you settle into the chamber while a team member gradually increases the pressure according to the studio's operating procedure. You may notice ear pressure similar to air travel, and you remain able to communicate with the team. Baseline offers this as a general-wellness service. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medical protocols, or represent the chamber as treatment for an illness or injury.

How It Works

1

Enter the Chamber

Settle into our chamber. Pressure increases gradually, and you may feel ear pressure similar to what you feel during air travel.

2

Relax

Breathe normally during the 60-minute session. Bring a book, listen to audio, or simply rest while staying in communication with the team.

3

Depressurize

The chamber gradually returns to normal pressure. Take your time sitting up and tell the team if you notice lingering ear discomfort or feel unwell.

FAQ

Common Questions

Is it claustrophobic?

The chamber has clear walls, and you can communicate with our team throughout the session. Contact the studio before booking if enclosed spaces are a concern so the team can explain the setup.

Will my ears pop?

You may feel ear pressure during pressurization, similar to air travel. Tell the team immediately if you cannot equalize the pressure or feel pain so they can stop or adjust the session.

How many sessions do I need?

There is no required general-wellness schedule and no guaranteed outcome. A licensed clinician must determine whether pressurized chamber use belongs in any medical plan. Baseline staff do not prescribe treatment protocols.

Who should check before booking?

Ask a licensed clinician before booking if you are pregnant, have a lung, ear, sinus, seizure, or heart condition, recently had surgery, or have any concern about pressure exposure. Tell studio staff about ear pain, congestion, or difficulty equalizing pressure before the session begins.
