Compression Therapy

What is Compression Therapy?

Our Normatec compression boots use adjustable air chambers to apply pressure in a repeating sequence from the feet upward. Each zone inflates and releases while you rest in the recovery lounge. You choose a comfortable intensity with staff guidance, and you may stop the session at any time. This is a general-wellness service, not medical treatment.

FAQ

Common Questions

Does it hurt?

Compression should feel firm but comfortable. You control the pressure intensity and should stop the session and alert staff if you feel pain, numbness, dizziness, or other discomfort.

When should I use it?

Many guests schedule compression before or after exercise or use it as a standalone lounge session. There is no guaranteed timing or performance outcome.

Can I use it every day?

Choose a frequency based on comfort and your wellness routine. Ask a licensed clinician before booking if you have a history of blood clots, circulation issues, unexplained swelling, a heart condition, or a recent surgery or injury.
