Float Spa

What is Float Spa?

The float pod contains 10 inches of body-temperature water mixed with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt, creating enough buoyancy for most guests to float without effort. You control the pod door, lighting, and music throughout the session. The private, low-stimulation environment gives you uninterrupted time to rest and decompress without promising a medical or mental-health outcome.

How It Works

1

Shower & Enter

Rinse off in your private suite, then step into the float pod. The water is maintained at approximately 93.5°F for a neutral, comfortable feel.

2

Float

Close the pod door if you wish and choose darkness and silence or soft ambient light and music. You stay in control of the door and settings throughout the session.

3

FAQ

Common Questions

Will I float? What if I sink?

The Epsom-salt solution is highly buoyant, so most guests float with little effort. Tell our team before your session if you have mobility concerns or need help entering or leaving the pod.

Is it claustrophobic?

Our pods are 8 feet long and 5 feet wide. You control the door, lights, and music at all times, and you may leave the door open if that feels more comfortable.

What if I fall asleep?

Some guests become drowsy during the session. The buoyant water supports floating, and gentle music signals when the scheduled session ends. Leave the pod at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Who should check before booking?

Contact the studio before booking if you need mobility assistance, have recent skin irritation or an open wound, or have another concern about using a shared float pod. Ask a licensed clinician if you are unsure whether floating is appropriate for you.
